3. SPEED:The trial speed at design draft (9.4m) to be about 13.00 knots at CSR of main engine (90%MCR)with clean bottom, in deep open sea and fair weather (wind force not worse than Beaufort scaleNo.3, and sea weather condition not worse than Beaufort scale No 2).
There're 4 cargo holds in the cargo hold area. There is a vertical corrugated transverse bulkhead
between each two cargo holds, supported by top box and bottom box at end of the bulkhead.
Standard bulk carrier midship section type, double bottom and single skin, is adopted for cargo
hold area structure. Topside tank and bottom side tank are used as ballast water tanks. Pipe
casing is set in the double bottom. Cargo hold opening is not large opening, and hydraulic folding
hatch cover is used for the cargo holds.
